- Eligibility: The Data Excellence Pass is available to those actively employed in data and analytics specific roles. All registrations will be reviewed prior the event and we reserve the right to cancel your pass if you do not meet the criteria outlined. Please contact us if you have any questions.
- Access: Headliners & Data Excellence Stage (plus Expo pass)
Academic
- Rate: $599, rising to $649 on Aug 29
- Eligibility: Current academic staff or students attending the Summit in your academic capacity. Book here.
- Requirements: Use academic email, select 'Education' as industry
- Access: Same as Delegate Pass.
Start-Up & Investor
- Rate: $699, rising to $749 on Aug 29
- Eligibility:
- Start-ups, two of: <25 staff, <£3m investment, or <3 years old
- Investors: representative of an investment firm
- Requirements: ensure you answer the demographic questions accordingly when applying and if you meet the criteria you will be offered this rate. Book here.
- Access: Same as Delegate Pass

If you work for a registered charity, then we are happy to offer you a complimentary delegate pass - limited to one per organization.

Future AI Leaders
If you are an early-career professionals (1-4 years of experience) in an AI-related role, or a final-year student pursuing AI-related degrees (
(applied artificial intelligence, computer science, engineering, robotics), then you can apply for our Future AI Leaders Program, which include a complimentary pass for The AI Summit New York 2025.
Press Pass Applications
All press and analyst passes will be vetted prior to approval. To qualify, you must be an active member of the press or analyst community, working for legitimate and suitable media outlets. This can be validated by providing The AI Summit with proof of recently published work (within the last six months).
Press passes will not be issued to non-editorial employees of media outlets, nor to marketing, advertising or public relations firms, consultants or advisors, market researchers, brand content producers, business development executives, or social media teams.
